Q. Is your program easy to install?

A. Yes, all you need to do is insert the CD and follow the onscreen directions.

Q. How long does it take to learn how to use your product?

A. With a couple lines of quick reading you’ll be entering your information in minutes. Most don’t even bother with the instructions.

It’s pretty straightforward.

Q. How do I get help if I can’t fine what I need in the help files?

A. In addition to the help files on your CD you will also be provided with up to date

online free support and a URL for online solutions.

Q. I have several collections; can I use this program for all of them? Is there a limit?

A. You can set up as many collections as you like. There is no limit on the number of collections.

Q. Is your program an auction utility?

A. Although we do have a powerful interactive browser and data input routines, we don't have multiple items or automated auction submission routines. This is a full feature collection management package with some very powerful auction utilities that fit the design of this application but may not fit the needs of high volume submittal demands.

Q. Can I share this software?

A. No, this is not shareware or freeware, TreasureSoft maintains all rights on the software and issues the user one license per sale. We strongly discourage the piracy of any software.
