The bottom portion of your main screen is a data grid control. Although you cannot make changes here, it is a very useful tool for finding an item or just strolling through your collection. Use the Up, Down Arrows, Scroll Bars, Page Up, Page Down, Roller mouse if you have one, or whatever means you are most comfortable with while navigating in a spreadsheet. Once you have located your record you can make changes in the upper portion of the main screen. The grid can be customized to your liking. For example you can stretch a cell width by placing the mouse by a header border and dragging the border left or right. Font can be Bold or Normal as set in the options portion of the program as well as grid background color.
