Importing auction Items:

Above is the main browser menu bar.
In this example we’ll retrieve an item and picture.
Once you are online and have your browser open, navigate to your item page.
While on the item page…
Click the e-Port button on the upper right of the browser window.
You now have all the text associated with this item…
Now let’s get a picture…
Right click on the main picture and select Copy.

Press the e-Pic button on the upper right of the browser window.
Click the Jump Button (to the right of e-Pic) so your main window has the focus. You will see the data and picture have been transferred to this window.

Drag and drop any information in the main text of the item page that you wish to save with this record.
Clean up the detail as you drop it so you are not wasting space in your database. There is more information that you will want to store so be selective with your drag and drop. Highlight only what you wish to store the drag and drop as illustrated above.
Press the Save button just below the image.
The record has now been created.
The cursor is now on the Year field. Fill this field and press the ‘Tab’ key.

Press the tab as you move down through these fields.
You can enter manually and your entries will be saved. This process is explained in further detail in the help file under Enter a Record.
Tip: You can also drag information from the detail box and drop in the fields list if you wish. This can save a lot of typing!
Click the Save button (top of main window - 2nd from the left). To save your changes. Always click the Save button if you have changed data, your changes are not committed unless you do.
You may wish to add additional pictures to this record at this time.
