Buttons above the picture viewer allow you to select different views of an item. This box does not proportionally display a picture. That is to say, no matter what size or shape the picture is, it will be displayed in the box as it is seen without any regard to picture integrity. This does not affect the actual file however. Click the Viewer button to view pictures proportionally correct!
The image box on your main screen is how you will provide your item with pictures (unless you are importing from an online auction site – in that case see browser functions).
Select your picture from any other program, browser etc…
Copy to the Clipboard…(Right Click then select Copy)
Right click in the image box of your
Main screen…
Select Paste.
Click the Save button (shown upper left)
The program will save the file and create an association between the picture and the currently viewed item.
Click on the Back button, paste a picture of the back of your item, then click the save (far left) button and repeat this process for each view button with the rest of the pictures you may have for this item.
Professional versions have 10 picture buttons with the same functionality as described above.
The middle top section of your main screen is a picture viewer. That is when payment information is not being shown! … This area of the main form is shared with the payment information associated with each record. To toggle from one to the other use the main form menu as shown below.
The picture viewer allows you to view different views as well as providing an actual size picture viewer by clicking the ‘Viewer’ button. This will render the actual file as it has been saved.
See the example below.
Under ‘View’ click Payment Information. This will make the payment portion of this record visible and place a check next to Payment Information to indicate the current view status.
Clicking ‘Payment Information’ again will return you to picture view.
In this way you can toggle between the two processes that share this screen real estate!
You can also quickly exit payment information back to picture view by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner of this section of screen as shown above.
